The concept builder

The builder saves its fields in this browser's local storage so you can continue editing. Delete them with “Clear saved concept” on the home page or through browser settings. Avoid confidential client information. The application has no accounts, server-side lead database or added advertising tracker.

Preparing an enquiry

The brief form prepares text locally. It does not submit a booking or send email. Email links open your mail app. Your message leaves through your email service when you send it, under that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Messages you send us

Your email address and message are received through Zoho Mail at hello@launchlanepages.com and used to answer the enquiry, agree a project or provide support. Earlier correspondence sent to our Gmail address remains in Gmail. Share only what is needed. Zoho and, for that earlier correspondence, Google process email as service providers. Enquiries are not automatically added to a marketing list.

Hosting and traffic information

This site uses OpenAI Sites. Hosting providers may process connection and request information to deliver and protect the service. Sites also provides automatic visitor and page-view statistics. Local editing does not mean the host receives no traffic information. See OpenAI's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy and Zoho's privacy policy.

Access, correction and deletion

Email Abinash to request access, correction or deletion of information you sent. Enquiry correspondence is retained while needed to respond and resolve the discussion. Project, payment and dispute records may need to be retained for applicable legal or accounting obligations; we will explain any reason preventing deletion. Browser concepts can be removed immediately using the home-page control.

Project information

Before accessing customer systems, personal information or additional service providers for paid work, we agree the necessary access and handling arrangements with the customer. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or identity documents in a brief.
